The AppleBlitz 2021 is coming up in less than two weeks. On Saturday, September 25, from 8-11am you will have the opportunity to measure and map apple trees from some of the historic apple orchard neighborhoods in Boulder. Undergraduate students, researchers, and community members get to work together to help find the tastiest and oldest trees around! Please register today!

Visiting artist Sam Van Aken will be giving a talk about his Open Orchard Project in NYC:

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 8-11AM

UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO, BOULDER

MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY, HENDERSON BUILDING, MEET IN COURTYARD BETWEEN MUSEUM AND SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL STAGE

FREE EVENT! PLEASE REGISTER!

If you would like to nominate a tree to have it included in the multi-grafted tree on campus, please let us know about it on the Heirloom Apple Tree Survey form.

Finally, we have a very limited number of trees to giveaway that were grafted in March 2021. We will have these at the AppleBlitz check in on Saturday, September 25 at 8am. There are only 40 available trees and they will go on first-come basis.
